An Authorized Training Center (ATC) is granted a non-exclusive Right-to-Train license to deliver public Open Text courses using authorized course training materials and software. Only Open Text authorized ATCs are to deliver Open Text courses.

ATCs are entitled to advertise and promote themselves as such, and deliver Open Text courses publicly in specified geographic areas. We will also advertise the partnership, and associated availability of training by posting ATCs’ class schedules on the our Education Services website.

ATCs use only Open Text authorized course materials, and provide the same guarantee of quality education found at a corporate Open Text training center. Only instructors certified by Open Text are authorized to deliver Open Text courses.
