Has anyone ever noticed that using Exceed XDMCP over VPN take about 20
seconds whereas without VPN its almost instant? I am running:
Exceed 6.2.0.0 on Windows XP
Redhat 8.0

Using ethereal I was able to log the traffic and see that when I am over
VPN, Exceed does about 9 extra steps (trying to connect to echo, telnet,
and time) that it doesn't do without the VPN.

As you can see in the log below, Exceed tries to connect to echo (packets
7-12), telnet (packets 13-18), and time (packets 19-24). This whole
process took about 45 seconds. None of it happens when I am not on a VPN.

Help resolving this would definitely be appreciated.
