Exceed 7 freezes when starting on win2k

Hi everyone,
I am facing a problem with Exceed 7.0 .
The problem is described below.
When exceed starts the lists of all unix boxes is displayed. When i select
one, nothing happens it just freezes. I have tried removing the
Xinputextension from xconfig / protocols but nothing happens.
I have tried reinstalling the exceed software n number of times but
everything in vain.The OS is win2k professional and display card is ATI
GL 8800 . I have a similar machine and its working fine. Earlier this
machine was also working fine ..but now this stopped
Can some body help me.
The log says
The version of the CJK Input Library HCLXIM.DLL is incompatible with your
windows environment.
Most likely the Microsoft IME is not installed or you are running a non CJK
version of Windows.
But i have read earlier discussion and come to know that the error doesnt
cause any harm.
