I cannot create key of 128bit.

Hello,
I have a question about Connectivity Secure Shell V9.0.
When I am use AES as Encryption algorithm,
Where can key be created?
I generating Private/Public Keypairs by "Key Generation Wizard".
In the "Key Parameters" window, there is "key length".
I can choice the length 512 - 4096.
I think specification of AES's key length is 128bit,192bit,256bit.
I cannot create key of 128bit.
