Problem with Solaris 8 connection

Hello,
I am new to exceed product and learning it as I go. I am facing a
problem with openwindows connection. When I try to connect to sun
enterprise 450 solaris 8 server, I am able to connect but I get the
following error and I dont get all the functionality. Any help would be
appreciated.
I am using the Exceed powersuite 9.0.0.2
Error message:
'Could not start docviewer'
Could not initialize canvas
could not create DPS context
Is Adobe Display Postscript running?
Where do I get the Adone Display postscript?
