Problem while running the Start up (.XS) files

hi,
We have the following problem while starting the X-Server.
[cn0459@pcname cn0459]$ xterm -display 168.94.28.60:0
XIO: fatal IO error 104 (Connection reset by peer) on X server
"168.94.28.60:0.0"
after 0 requests (0 known processed) with 0 events remaining.
[cn0459@pcname cn0459]$
We are getting the above error when we tried to run one of start up
files (.xs files) The start up file has the following info.
Host : 168.94.160.101
Program Type : X-Windows
Username : cn0459
Password : cn0459
Command : xterm -display @d -ls -title "mcfspot" -fg antiquewhite1
-bg black -bd white -j -ah -sb -sl 1000 -name mcfspot -geometry 100x40
Start Method : RLogin(TCP/IP)
Pls help us to find a solution to this.
