We've had similar problems using Veritas GUI's. The solution was to go into
the configuration area, select Screen Definition and check "Use Native WM
for Embedded Clients". Hope that helps!

Cheers,

Subject: [EXCEEDUSERS] Cadence problem with Exceed

Hi,
Problem encountered when opening analog artist of
the Cadence, the X frames(borders) are gone i.e. --
What I actually see is that the blue bar on the top
of each Cadence window disappears and consequently
lose any capability to move the windows.
When I close the analog artist, everything else
resume normal. This problem is only with analog
artist, I can open up layout and schematic alright.
When I click on XConfig-> troubleshooting, the log
file shows :
"No match for font:
-b&h-lucida
sans-medium-r-normal-sans-*-120-*-*-p-*-iso8859-1"

specifics :
Using Win98, 64M RAM and accessing Cadence at home
through VPN.
