Crosstab Report Question

Hello to all,
I have two questions concerning crosstab reports.
1. Can I sort the columns? The rows are sorted as I want them to be but
the columns appear in random order.
2. How do I, or can I, change the calculated value in the data area
cells. The data area cells are showing a sum of the fields (even though it
doesn't show "SUM Status" when I look at it from the Rearrange Data dialog
box). I want the data area cells to be a COUNT and not a SUM.
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their
suggestions/help to the questions I've posted in the past, and for the ones
that will be coming in the future!!
