During the Exceed install process an error occurs in the classd.ex_ file.

RESOLUTION

A classd file exists under /wnt/java/classes/classd, once renamed and Exceed is reinstalled the errors are cleared.

Classd files are Java class files and this error may occur if you are using other applications with Java components. Because Exceed has its own Java components renaming the classd file clears this error.
