Abaqus works with Exceed 6.2 and Exceed 3D 6.2 but not with Exceed and Exceed 3D 7.0

When running under Exceed and Exceed 3D Version 7, there is a serious degradation in performance.

Running a simple Exceed test application results in error messages. Exceed 7 writes log files to a protected part of the Winnt directory. These files are protected if the user does not have administrator privileges.

RESOLUTION:

HKS is currently working with Hummingbird Communications to resolve the problems. Exceed and Exceed 3D Version 6.2 will be available from Hummingbird Communications for the near future as a special order request from local Exceed resellers.
